Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Teamtime account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include all tags, manuals, and the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
